
Petra Lienhart, Master in Counselling, Psychosocial Counsellor
Petra obtained her Master’s degree in Counselling from Webster University Campus Geneva and offers psychosocial counselling in English and in German to adults and adolescents in Zurich and online.
She works with clients navigating a range of challenges, including emotional overwhelm, life transitions, anxiety, trauma and grief, as well as addressing problematic behaviors such as unhelpful perfectionism and unhealthy people-pleasing tendencies.
Her approach integrates evidence-based methods such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) with a strong emphasis on creating an empathic, non-judgmental and safe therapeutic space.

Habiba Samir, MSc in Psychological Therapies, Psychosocial Counsellor
Habiba holds an MSc in Psychological Therapies from Queen Mary University of London and a BA in Psychology from the American University in Cairo. She supports individuals dealing with anxiety, burnout, relationship difficulties, major life transitions, and questions around identity and self-worth. Habiba offers counselling for adults in Zürich, both in person and online, in English and Arabic.
She helps clients navigate emotional struggles and find greater clarity and direction in their lives. A core part of her work is supporting people in processing and accessing emotions—not just as painful experiences, but as meaningful signals. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy (ST), and insight-oriented methods, tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals.

Rebecca Di Somma, Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Clinical Psychologist
Rebecca is a UK-trained Clinical Psychologist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. She has worked across a range of services in the UK, delivering evidence-based psychological therapy and conducting cognitive and neurodevelopmental assessments for children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Dr Dimitri Spiliotis (BSc, MSc, PsychD)
Dr Dimitri Spiliotis (BSc, MSc, PsychD) is a UK-trained Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Psychologist with over two decades of experience across the UK’s public and private sectors. His professional trajectory spans clinical leadership, specialist therapeutic practice, and academic teaching. He is also a diploma-candidate Jungian analyst at the C.G. Jung Institute Zurich. Dr Spiliotis works with adults and adolescents both in person and remotely, supporting individuals navigating significant life transitions (work-related, cultural, personal), as well as those experiencing depression, anxiety, neurodiversity, health-related psychological adjustment, bereavement, relational difficulties, sexual identity and sexual health challenges, and the cultivation of psychological resilience.
Dr Spiliotis offers therapy in English and Greek, both online and in person in London and Zürich.
