Our new publication highlights the high levels of mental distress health care workers experience while working during the COVID-19 pandemic. Our rapid review highlights the need for proper practical support for health care workers including the right equipment, up to date information and respite. While most health care workers experience a high level of distress, many are able to see the positive side of working during a pandemic and few go one to require professional support.
