Our hearts are very heavy after the tragedy in Crans-Montana. It is difficult to find words for something that feels so shocking and deeply unfair. To everyone who has lost someone, who is waiting for news, or who is simply trying to make sense of what has happened — we are holding you in our thoughts.

Many people are feeling waves of sadness, fear, confusion, or numbness right now. Others may feel nothing at all and wonder why. All of these reactions are understandable. Trauma and sudden loss shake our sense of safety and the world can feel changed overnight.

If you are struggling, please know that you do not have to carry this alone. We are here to listen — quietly, gently, and without judgment. Whether you need space to cry, to talk, or simply to sit with someone who understands the weight of grief and shock, our door is open.

To the families, friends, and community members affected: we are so very sorry. We wish you moments of calm, the support of those around you, and the strength to get through hour by hour, day by day. When you feel ready to reach out, we are here for you.

We are planning to host a free support group in collaboration with the University of Zurich on January 15 and January 22. More details to follow shortly
